Pick-ups MUST be scheduled during the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday-Friday. 2. State personnel are not available to assist in starting, troubleshooting, or loading of purchased item. 3. Must tow non-running vehicles. 4. Must have proper vehicle equipment to remove as quickly as possible. 5. No maintenance will be allowed on State property. 6. We do not provide temporary registrations or tags. 7. Titles will be mailed ONLY to the WINNING BIDDER of the vehicle - NO EXCEPTIONS. 8. If someone other than the bidder is picking up an item, please send an authorization with a picture ID (Driver's License) and letter or email authorizing the third party to pick up your auction.
