Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller for any and all damages, claims or liability for injuries to persons or property caused during the sale or by the removal of the item. Viewing of all auction items shall be by appointment only. Items sold must be paid for within five (5) calendar days and picked up within ten (10) calendar days of close of auction at the City location indicated. Payment hours will be as follows: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday. If the calendar day deadline falls on a Saturday or Sunday, then the deadline shall automatically be moved to the following Monday. Pick up times may be arranged by contacting the Purchasing Officer at 907-373-9047. Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of shipping item(s) if necessary. A 7% buyers premium will be added to all purchases made and the Buyer shall add and include the premium when making payment to the City of Wasilla. All computers are sold without operating system (Windows). All hard drives have been removed. Note: The City will not accept bids from any bidder who has been blocked on PublicSurplus.com by one or more government entities. Bidders may be blocked by government entities on this site for failure to pay, etc. Bidder must read the Terms and Conditions for complete information.
