Monroe 5130 adding machine, prints not sure if all fubction are ok. Desk lamp (works) with tray for small items. both need exterior cleaning. All sales are final & payment must be received within 5 business days of close of auctions. Public Surplus will notify Buyer of receipt of payment. Buyer must remove auction item(s) within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the item will not be released to you. Auction items may be subject to the applicable sales tax rate of 9.5% unless the Buyer provides a valid tax-exempt certificate at the time of payment. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding on an item(s). When sales tax is included, the Buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment. A 10% Buyer Premium may be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid. The City of Surprise does not ship. Pick up by appointment only and in person by the winning bidder or by a courier service. No service of any kind will be furnished by the city, and the successful bidder shall assume any cost of weighing, packaging, crating, loading or hauling. The City of Surprise may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
