Payment shall be made at time of pick up of items won. Payment and pick up transaction must be completed within 2 Fridays of the auction's end.
All property is sold "as is, where is" with no warranties expressed or implied. Solano County reserves the right to withdraw any items being offered.
Successful bidder will be responsible for loading, handling, hauling of items purchased. No property may be removed by the purchaser prior to making full payment.
We do not accept online payments. Payment must be made by Cash (U. S. currency only), Credit (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Money Order made payable to Solano County. Personal checks accepted from local residents only.
A Buyer's Premium of 7.00% and Solano County sales tax of 8.625% shall be added to all purchases made.
