Auction item pick-up is Fridays from 10AM-430PM. Buyer must pay for and pick-up items from County of Solano within two (2) FRIDAYS of the auction's end.

Payment shall be made at time of pick up of items won. Payment and pick up transaction must be completed within 2 Fridays of the auction's end.
All property is sold "as is, where is" with no warranties expressed or implied. Solano County reserves the right to withdraw any items being offered.
Successful bidder will be responsible for loading, handling, hauling of items purchased. No property may be removed by the purchaser prior to making full payment.
Payment must be made by Cash (U. S. currency only), Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Money Order made payable to Solano County. Personal checks accepted from local residents only.
A Buyer's Premium of 7.00% and Solano County sales tax of 8.625% shall be added to all purchases made.
Solano County is willing to package up small items and provide the buyer the weight and dimensions if the buyer can send a trackable, prepaid UPS or USPS label with their payment for the item via cashiers check or money order.
