THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER WILL NEED TO DISMANTLE THE SYSTEM STARTING NO EARLIER THAN 9/1/2012 AND COMPLETLEY REMOVE IT FROM THE PREMISES NO LATER THAN 10/15/2012 AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE. BONDING IS REQUIRED TO COME IN AND REMOVE THE SHELVING SYSTEM IN CASE ANY DAMAGE IS DONE TO THE BUILDING UPON REMOVAL OF THE SYSTEM.

Payment must be made payable to the State of Indiana and in the form of CASH (U. S. currency only), CERTIFIED CHECK, CASHIER'S CHECK or MONEY ORDER in the exact amount due (ADD 4% FOR THE BUYERS PREMIUM). Personal checks, company checks, letters of credit and credit cards are not accepted.
Awarded bidder is required to submit a copy of their I.D. at the time of payment. If mailing in payment, enclose a copy of their I.D. along with a copy of their award letter . If shipping, awarded bidder must make shipping arrangements and pay for all cost of shipping. WE DO NOT SHIP.
FULL PAYMENT & REMOVAL OF ALL ITEMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN SEVEN (7) WORK DAYS FROM THE AUCTION END DATE. FAILURE TO PAY & REMOVE ON TIME WILL RESULT IN BEING PERMANENTLY BLOCKED FROM FUTURE BIDDING.
All payment must be made at Indiana State Surplus, 601 W. McCarty St, Indianapolis, IN 46225 regardless of where property is.
When sending a designated representative in your place, they must present a dated letter of authorization signed by you, a copy of your picture I.D. and a copy of your award letter. They will also be required to show their I.D.
