Warranty: All equipment will be sold "as is", "where is", and "with all faults, if any". The county disclaims all warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to the condition, quality, completeness or fitness for any particular or general purpose or compliance to safety regulations of the equipment being sold. Descriptions of items appearing in this online auction are believed to be correct. However, neither those descriptions, photos, nor any oral statements made concerning any item, shall be considered as a warranty, expressed or implied.
THE COUNTY OFFERS NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES. DETERMINATION OF CONDTION, FUNCTION, AND PERCEIVED OR ASSUMED VALUE IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILTY OF THE BUYER.
No property may be claimed or removed prior to making full payment. If unclaimed by winning bidders, the county reserves the right to re-auction or award the item to the next highest bidder.
ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE THROUGH PUBLIC SURPLUS. DO NOT SEND PAYMENT TO CASCADE COUNTY. An email with instructions on payment methods will be sent by public surplus to winning bidder.

Condition of Sale: The sale of County equipment and/or vehicle(s) is in an "As is" condition, with all faults and without warranty.
Public Processing, LLC handles all payments for Cascade County. Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction.
Buyers Premium: A 9% Buyer Premium shall be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.
Bid Deposits: Cascade County may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
Shipping: Cascade County will not ship any items to buyers or assist buyers in loading items. It is the buyer's responsibility to pick up items or to arrange for their shipment. We have three local vendors who have agreed that they can be contacted for this purpose:
