All merchandise is sold 'as is,' and without expressed, implied and/or fitness of merchantability warranties. Additionally, the District assumes no liability for injuries or mishaps that result from handling or utilizing any property purchased in conjunction with this bid.
The Buyer shall remove auction item(s) from the District's premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment, and within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award. The Buyer is responsible for loading and removing all of the property awarded to it from the District's premises as indicated on the website and in the Notice of Award. Viewing of Auction items is by appointment only. Public Processing, LLC handles all payments for the Clark County School District. Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer, Visa, MasterCardo or Discover. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED! Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction. Buyers Premium: A 3% Buyer Premium shall be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment. Bid Deposits: The District may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all bidders as a way to decrease default bidding. |
