If bid is accepted, Bidder is contractually obligated to buy the merchandise at the price in the bid. Haltom City will charge a sales tax of 8.25%. Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Items/lots are sold as is - where is and with all faults and there are no implied warranties or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All other warranties, whether expressed or implied, are specifically excluded. The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises within five (5) business days. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the Haltom City will not release the item to you. Pick-up hours by appointment only.
