After winning the auction you will receive an email to the email account you have listed on Public Surplus. The email will congratulate you on winning the auction and ask how the pick up of the item will occur. If you plan on picking up the item yourself an appointment must be made to assure quality assistance.
Certain auctions have a reserve price. If the reserve has not been met you will receive an email explaining whether or not the bid has been accepted.
Pickup for item/items is preferred at 11:00 AM MTN to 1:00 PM MTN. Hours of operation are 11-1 pm.
If it is earlier than that no one will be there to assist you.
If you have not made an appointment no one will be present to assist you.
As the terms and conditions state the buyer is responsible for the complete removal of all items. We will be there to assist in the location of it, but no one will assist in the removal.
Please bring receipt and notify Clinton or Josh at email@example.com one business day before removal.

Public Processing, LLC handles all payments for SUU. Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction.
Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyer Premium shall be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.
All items are sold As is and are available for pick-up at Southern Utah University or shipped, at solely the seller's expense, as arranged between buyer and seller. No guarantee is given as to condition of items.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.
Bid Deposits: SUU may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
Pick-up hours by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item.
Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of packing and/or shipping of any item(s) if necessary.
There will be NO partial payments of an auction allowed.
