CONDITIONS OF SALE: Sale of all surplus property is, as is and where is, with all faults and without warranty. The description of surplus property offered for sale has been compiled from available data, but there is no guarantee or warranty on the part of Cabell County Schools as to condition or quality. Cabell County Schools reserves the right to withdraw any items being offered. The Cabell County Schools will furnish no services of any kind to the bidder for any and all costs associated with shipping including but not limited to packaging, crating, loading, freight unless otherwise indicated. Note: No refunds or adjustments will be made on any award(s).
BIDS submitted shall remain firm for a period of fourteen (14) days following the closing date. The successful bidder will be required to remit payment within fourteen (14) calendar days and remove the property within 15 days from date of notice of award. The successful bidder will be directed to the School Districts storage facility upon payment of the bid amount for pick-up of property. Payment and pickup will be by appointment.
PAYMENT TERMS: Upon receipt of award: Cash, Cashiers Check or Money Order made payable to Cabell County Schools
An EIGHT PERCENT (8%) SURCHARGE shall be added to all purchases made. The surcharge is the cost to the School District for the utilization of the third-party Web site provider. The buyer shall add and include the surcharge amount when making payment to School District.
