Warehouse Hours: Mon - Fri 8:00am - 12:00pm and 12:30pm - 3:00pm WINNING BIDDER WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA E-MAIL BY THE DISTRICT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AFTER THE CLOSE OF AUCTION. E-MAIL WILL CONTAIN AN INVOICE WITH ALL CHARGES FOR ITEMS WON Buyer is responsible for paying the 8.5% sales tax and the 8% buyers premium over the final sell price (i.e. if final sell price is $10.00, you will pay $10.00 + .85 sales tax + .80 buyers premium = 11.64 total price). Successful bidders must pay for and pick up property within seven (7) calendar days of the close of the auction, please call Nancy at (360) 676-6549 to make arrangements for payment and pick-up of items. Payment must be made in cash, personal check, cashier's check, certified check or money order. Credit cards will not be accepted. All checks are to be made payable to: Bellingham School District. All removal costs as well as loading and removal of property are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. A forklift will be available for loading items. We are not equipped for shipping items: You are expected to travel to our location at 317 Iowa St, Bellingham, Washington to pay for the items you buy and pick up your purchases. We will shrink wrap your purchase, if requested, and place it in WILL CALL. You must arrange pickup, insurance, and delivery with a carrier of your choice.
