Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction. Buyers Premium: A 9% Buyer Premium shall be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment. All Items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS and all sales are final -no refunds will be made. The items have been described to the best of our ability. We do not always have first hand knowledge of the items being sold. Understand that NO GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY, written or implied, is offered on items for sale. Payment is required within five (5) working days of the close of the auction. The item(s) must be removed within ten (10) workdays after payment is received. Beginning with the eleventh day after close of the auction, a storage fee of 15% of the bid will be assessed for each workday up to twenty (20) days at which time we reserve the right to dispose of the item or offer it to the next highest bidder. Pick up should be arranged prior to arriving on our campus. Loading can only be done between the hours of 8:00- 10:30 AM and 1:00 - 3:30 PM. Bid Deposits: Tri County Technology Center may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
