Winning bidder must send payment to Public Surplus. Payment will not be accepted at pickup location. Purchaser is responsible for pick up of the equipment. Shipping services are not provided. All equipment will be sold "as is", "where is", and "with all faults, if any". The county disclaims all warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to the condition, quality, completeness or fitness. Shipping: HCHD is not equipped to ship items, or prepare items for shipping. Winning bidders will be solely responsible for pick-up or shipping arrangements and all associated costs. Public Processing handles all payments. Payments must be received within 5 business days of close of auction. Payment shall be by credit card, pay pal, wire transfer, cashier's check, money order, or certified check made payable to Public Processing LLC, marked with the Auction #. Mailing Address: Public Surplus L.L.C. P.O. Box 50676 Provo UT 84605 All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment.
