ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS AND PICKED UP WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF AUCTION CLOSING during normal business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday (closed on University holidays). We will not pick, pack, or ship.

Successful bidders agree to remove the purchased property within ten (10) working days from the date and time of the issuance of the Notice of Award. Payment methods allowed are VISA, MasterCard and cash. Property may not be removed by the BUYER prior to making payment in full to the University of Utah.
Property is available for inspection at the University Surplus and Salvage Department, 210 Connor Street, Salt Lake City, Utah 84113. Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM excluding holidays.
Property may be withdrawn from sale without any notice.
It is the BUYER'S responsibility to absorb all dismantling, packing, freight, loading, unloading, transportation, handling and any other charges incident to the removal and shipment of the property awarded at no cost to the Seller.
