There is no guarantee or warranty on the part of the Deschutes County Road Department as to the condition or quality of the property. The Deschutes County Road Department reserves the right to withdraw any items being offered. The Deschutes County Road Department will furnish no service of any kind, and the successful bidder shall assume any cost packing, loading, hauling or shipping. The successful bidder will be responsible for the cost of shipping item(s) if necessary. No refunds or adjustments will be made on any award(s).
Payment and removal of property must be made within (7) business days from the Notice of Award from PublicSurplus.com. No property may be removed by purchaser prior to making full payment.
Payments must be made by cash or cashier's checks. Make checks payable to the Deschutes County Road Department. A 7% surcharge is added to all purchases made. Purchaser must add the surcharge amount when making the payment. Payment can be made in person by appointment only or by mail.
