Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you. Bid Deposits: Bloomfield School District may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding. Pick-up hours by appointment only.
