Under no circumstances will The City of Santa Monica be responsible for packing, loading or transporting of any items. Applicable sales tax may be added to the amount due unless the buyer has provided a valid tax-exempt certificate prior to payment. PLEASE EMAIL RESELLERS PERMIT TO: regina.benavides@smgov.net NO REFUNDS if buyers default from payment or pick up, buyer will be blocked/banned from the site. THE CITY DOES NOT HAVE THE STAFF TO ANSWER QUESTIONS, so please review pictures & descriptions. Everything sold "as-is, where-is". Public Processing, LLC, receives and processes ALL payments for the "City" and will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED! Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid. The credit card limit per transaction is $4,000.00. For payments larger than this amount, follow the instructions listed under Wire Transfers. The "City" may charge state/local sales tax, except for the purchase of on-road vehicles that will be registered and operated by the Buyer within the State of California. A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
