Surplus Distribution for Chino Valley USD #51: Per State Law, all surplus must be offered for sale through public bid or auction. Neither District employees, governing board members nor their spouse or family members may directly or indirectly purchase these items; it is considered a misdemeanor if they do so. Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyer Premium shall be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment. All sales are final.
