Modular Classroom Trailer is located at Annette Winn Elementary School and can be viewed by scheduling an appointment with Dan Roddenberry at 770-651-2219.
BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR APPLYING FOR ANY PERMITS NECESSARY TO MOVE THE MODULAR CLASSROOM TRAILER FROM DOUGLAS COUNTY SCHOOL SYSTEM PROPERTY. BUYER WILL ARRANGE AND PAY FOR THE REMOVAL OF THE CLASSROOM TRAILER PRIOR TO JUNE 8, 2012.
ALL PROPERTY OFFERED FOR SALE "AS IS - WHERE IS".
Winning Bidder MAY NOT try and re-sell the modular classroom from the Douglas County School property site.
Successful bidder will be responsible for disassembling and moving mobile classroom at their own expense. No DCSS property shall be disturbed in the moving of the mobile classroom. Any damage occurring to DCSS property during the mobile classroom removal will be charged back to the successful bidder to repair the damage.
All bidders and other participants of this auction agree that they have read and fully understand the Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound thereby.
Winning bidder must pay Public Surplus within 5 Business Days of Auction Closing.
Modular classroom trailer must be picked up between MAY 31st and JUNE 8th, 2012. Any modular classroom not picked up by JUNE 8th will become the property of DCSS and will be disposed of on JUNE 9th.
MODULAR CLASSROOM MUST BE REMOVED BY JUNE 8, 2012. IF MODULAR CLASSROOM IS NOT REMOVED WITHIN THIS SPECIFIED TIME PERIOD, DCSS WILL TERMINATE THE WINNING BID WITHOUT A REFUND.
TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE FOR THIS PICK UP.

Public Processing, LLC, a third-party payment processing company, handles all payments for DCSS. Payment must be received within 5 business days of close of auction and property removed within 10 days of auction closing, unless alternate instructions are indicated by the Seller in the bid.
