Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of shipping item(s) if necessary. Payment shall be made by bank cashiers check, or money order. No personal checks unless certified by your bank. All instruments shall be made payable to Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government. State sales tax (6% of purchase price or 6% of half the NADA trade-in value whichever is greater) shall be collected (separately) from all Kentucky residents. |
