Payment must be received within seven (7) business days from Notice of Award from PublicSurplus.com and complete removal of all items must be made within seven (7) business days from Notice of Award.
Payment Hours: 8 AM - 2 PM, Monday through Friday.
Pick Up Hours: 8 AM - 3 PM, Monday through Friday.
Successful bidder is responsible for pick up of all items. No shipping available from pick up location.
Upon receipt of award: Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Money Order made payable to County of San Bernardino.
City of San Bernardino sales tax (8.25%) shall be added to all purchases made. The buyer shall include sales tax amount when making payment to County.

County reserves the right to withdraw any items being offered. No service of any kind will be furnished by County, and successful bidder shall assume any cost of weighing, packaging, crating, loading or hauling, unless otherwise indicated. No refunds or adjustments will be made on any award(s).
