Buyer is responsible for removing item from a secure area between the hours of 8am and 2pm, M-F, NO EXCEPTIONS. Arrangements must be made 48 hours (minimum) prior to pick-up.

Bids submitted shall remain firm and effective for a period of Five (5)Business days following the closing date. No property may be removed by the purchaser prior to making full payment. Buyer is responsible for paying any applicable sales taxes over the final sell price.

Successful bidder must contact the City within three (3) business after notification of award to discuss payment and pick up. Failure to do so shall allow the city to pass to the next highest bidder.
Payment must be received within five(5)business days from the Notice of Award from PublicSurplus.com and complete removal of all items must be made within ten(10)business days from the Notice of Award.
Pick-up hours are Between 8:00AM and 2:00PM M-F. "No exceptions". Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item. No service of any kind, will be furnished by the City, and the successful bidder shall assume all costs associated with removal.
