Building Removal Requirements:
It is the buyer's responsibility to remove the building.
It is the buyer's responsibility to acquire all city, county, and state required permits.
The buyer is responsible for submitting proof of insurance at the levels required for any City vendor. This insurance must also cover any subcontractors hired by the buyer.
The buyer is responsible for all temporary fencing around the building during the removal and restoration periods if necessary.
The buyer is responsible for the disposal of any waste generated during the dis-assembly and removal of the building.
Complete removal and restoration of the site are to be completed by August 13, 2012. No exceptions! As school will be resuming on August 16th.
