Lot # 12 Expanded Metal tables with benches, approximately 11. This lot may contain assorted sizes. Each table weight is approximately 250 lbs. Winning Bidder MUST provide a fork lift to remove winning lot of tables. All sales are final. No Returns. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sellers for any and all damages, claims, or liability for injuries to person or property caused during the sale or by the removal of equipment purchased. A Buyers Premium of 7% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid. Cash, money orders and cashier checks accepted. No personal checks or credit cards. Pick up to be made within 5 working days of e-mail notification. Items may be located at a site location other than the location where payment is to be made. Winning Bidder must contact seller 24 hours prior to pick-up, so that items can be available. If 24 hour notice is not provided, buyer may be required to come back at a scheduled time for pick-up. All items won must be picked up by the winning bidder. If the winning bidder does not pick-up all items, then they will be blocked from future bidding.
