16' X 32' Wood frame instructional Training Model Includes some: T1-11 siding Composite Shingle roof Wood flooring in bedroom and hallway Crown molding and window trim in bedroom interior Tile flooring in foyer and utility room All bedroom and living room/kitchen walls have drywall with tape, float and paint. Electrical panel installed with basic circuits. Wire only, needs trim out. Some supply and DWV plumbing completed. For a floor plan please see the following link: http://www.austincc.edu/bct/floorplan.pdf This training structure was not, cannot and is not to be used as is for occupancy or as a storage building. When transported it must be: 1) moved out as is and disassembled for materials reuse or 2) transported out of the Round Rock city limits. 3) When transported it must not be moved to or within the Austin city limits Buyer has seven (7) days to pay after the auction closing date. After payment, buyer has fourteen (14) days to have it moved from the Round Rock campus site. If not moved within the 14 days, a 20% fee will be assessed for failure to remove the building. Afterwards, buildings not picked up within an agreed upon time,will be considered abandoned and and ACC will dispose of as it deems necessary. Refunds Will Not Be Given. Buyer is also responsible for all necessary permits, insurance and other expenses.
