Lot 070412-03 - 25 quantity 26" TV metal carts These units were removed from a school and were in working order upon removal. These are considered As-Is. Lot 070412-03 contains twenty-five (25) 26" TV metal carts. A few, but not all of these carts have an attached electrical outlet on them. These items will be sold as one lot and will not be sold as single items. These items can be viewed with prior coordination with the Educational Resource Center. Contact Information: Bob Myers at (757) 547 - 1440. All items must be paid for and picked up no later than noon, July 23, 2012. The description of surplus property offered for sale has been compiled from available data, but there is no guarantee or warranty on the part of Chesapeake Public Schools as to condition or quality of surplus property. Chesapeake Public Schools reserves the right to withdraw any items being offered. No service of any kind will be furnished by Chesapeake Public Schools, and the successful bidder shall assume any cost of weighing, packaging, crating, loading or hauling, unless otherwise indicated. No refunds or adjustments will be made on any award(s). Bids submitted shall remain firm and effective for a period of five (5) days following the closing date. Successful bidder will be required to remit payment within five (5) calendar days and remove property within ten (10) days from date of notice of award. Successful bidder will be directed to Chesapeake Public Schools storage facility upon payment of the bid amount for pick-up of property. No property may be removed by the purchaser prior to making full payment. An EIGHT PERCENT (8%) SURCHARGE shall be added to all purchases made. The purchaser shall add and include the surcharge amount when making payment to Chesapeake Public Schools.
