Person or company effecting removal must provide certificate of public liability and workers' compensation insurance in reasonable amounts as a condition of the sale. This trailer is divided into two rooms. Heat and air are attached to each end. There is no plumbing in the building. This is a double-wide trailer, with two sets of axles and tongues.
