Buyers Premium: A 7% Buyer Premium shall be added to the Final Sale Price.
Sales Tax: 8.25% sales tax will be added to the amount due unless the winning bidder has provided a valid tax-exempt certificate to HCHD prior to payment.
Viewing: Viewing of auction items Monday thru Thursday during normal business hours at designated location identified on each individual HCHD auction.
All equipment will be sold "as is", "where is", and "with all faults, if any". The county disclaims all warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to the condition, quality, completeness or fitness.
Shipping: HCHD is not equipped to ship items, or prepare items for shipping. Winning bidders will be solely responsible for pick-up or shipping arrangements and all associated costs.
Public Processing handles all payments. Payments must be received within 5 business days of close of auction. Payment shall be by credit card, pay pal, wire transfer, cashier's check, money order, or certified check made payable to Public Processing LLC, marked with the Auction #. Mailing Address: Public Surplus L.L.C. P.O. Box 50676 Provo UT 84605 All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the item will not be released to you.
