PAYMENT Public Processing, LLC handles all payments for the County of Fairfax. Payment must be received within 5 business days of close of auction. Buyers Premium: A 5% Buyer Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment. VA Sales Tax (5%) collected on all auctions except vehicles (DMV collects tax on titled items). PICK-UP Buyer must remove item(s) within 5 business days of payment receipt notification. Payment receipt email must be presented at the time of pick up or item will not be released. If terms are violated there will be no refund. FAIRFAX COUNTY WILL NOT SHIP. Winner responsible for loading and hauling. LOGISTICS Pickup locations sometimes require appointments or have unique requirements. Read auction description carefully before bidding. All sales are final. Sale of all surplus property is as is, where is, without warranty or guarantee of any kind. |
