GENERAL: The Property is sold and conveyed "AS IS, WHERE IS," and without representation or warranty. The San Antonio Housing Authority, as Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including and implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a purpose, and neither assumes nor authorizes other person to assume for it, any liability in connection with the sale of these goods. We receive items from a number of divisions including surplus that has been found on properties that have no asset numbers or tracking data, therefore in many cases the actual condition of items is unknown. There is no warranty of vehicles odometer readings.
Payment hours will be as follows: 9:00am-12:00pm Monday through Friday 1:00pm- 4:00pm Monday through Friday Pick-up hours by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item. Arrangemnts to pay for and remove items must be made within ten (10) days of the close of the auction. Buyer defaults if payment is not received within this time frame. *Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of shipping item(s) if necessary. *Viewing of Auction items by appointment only. PAYMENT TERMS: Upon receipt of award: By Cashiers Check, Certified Check, or U.S.P.S. or Bank Money Order made payable to San Antonio Housing Authority. TAXES: The San Antonio Housing Authority does not collect taxes. Any taxes due to any taxing authority are the responsibility of the buyer. |
