There are no or will not be any warranties express or implied as to the condition, usability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. It is not subject to any breech of guarantee, specifications, warranties, express or implied, as to the quality or kind of any such product. The ROCHESTER PUBLIC SCHOOL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all auction bids or any part of any auction bid. ROCHESTER PUBLIC SCHOOLS is not responsible for any omissions or errors in the description of items being offered for sale. The buyer is responsible for all arrangements and costs associated with removal, shipping and handling of any purchased items. Removal of items must be Monday through Friday, 8 am through 3:30 pm. Payment methods: cashiers check or money order. Payment must be received by the purchasing department before item is picked up. Payment must be made with ten (10) days from the bid closing. Seven percent (7.375%) Minnesota State sales tax will be added to the winning bid amount, excluding vehicle sales
