PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS: We are located at 4004 S. Park. Pick-up is by appointment only. Successful bidder(s) must contact Auction Warehouse at (520) 837-4149 to schedule a pick-up time between the hours of 8:00 A.M. - 2:30 P.M., Monday through Friday.
*Award winners must present a valid photo I.D & Winning Notice in order to make payment. Valid I.D., Winning Notice and Cashier's Receipt must be presented in order to pickup awarded item(s). If an individual other than the Award winner is to pay for or pick-up the item(s), the individual must provide the City with a valid photo I.D., Winning Notice and a letter signed by the award winner giving authorization to the individual to conduct business on the winner's behalf. This letter must include a copy of the award winner's photo identification.
**Award winners must also bring whatever manpower, strapping material or tie downs needed to safely load and secure large items, or loading will be refused. If you have any questions please call the Auction Program at (520) 837-4149.

All sales are subject to the City of Tucson's 8.1% sales tax. Businesses purchasing items for resale MUST present a completed Exemption Certificate at the time of payment in order to be exempt from sales tax. NO exceptions will be made.
