Beginning in October 2007, the City of Houston will be auctioning rifles on this web site. Though the auction will be visible to all bidders, the only bidders allowed to participate will be federally licensed gun dealers. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Prior to bidding, the licensee will have to have a copy of their current license on file with the City of Houston Property Disposal Management Office. Contact Scott Erdo at 713-847-5186 for further information.

Rifles will be available for shipping to the licensee only. There will be additonal charges for shipping and handling and for the registered mail fee. Rifles picked up in person at the PDMO Warehouse will be released only to the licensee (no agents). NO EXCEPTIONS.
