AUCTION ITEM PAYMENT & REMOVAL IS FIVE BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION.
NO EXCEPTIONS. NO EXTENSIONS. NO ALTERNATE ARRANGEMENTS. No matter the situation, no matter how far away you live, no matter how big the auction item is, no matter the weather...it is still the buyer's responsibility to pay for it and remove it within 5 business days.
*BUYERS SHOULD FREQUENTLY CHECK EMAIL AS LCPS WILL COMMUNICATE, NOTIFY AND SEND REMINDERS VIA EMAIL ONLY.
*BUYERS USING AGENTS TO REMOVE ITEMS ON THEIR BEHALF MUST EMAIL AUTHORIZATION TO RELEASE AUCTION ITEMS.*

BUYERS ARE BUYING ALL AUCTION ITEMS AS IS, WHERE IS. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR ITEMS FAILING TO MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. Please see LCPS full Terms and Conditions.
LCPS DOES NOT SHIP OR PREPARE AUCTION ITEMS FOR SHIPMENT OR CARRIER PICK UP. This includes: packaging, boxing, wrapping, strapping, weighing, putting items on pallets or putting a label on your items.
BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO BRING APPROPRIATE MEANS to LIFT and LOAD AUCTION ITEMS. AN APPROPRIATE SIZED VEHICLE FOR REMOVAL is RECOMMENDED (TRUCKS, TRAILERS, SUV'S OR VANS).
LCPS WILL NOT HOLD YOUR ITEMS IF YOU ARE NOT PREPARED FOR REMOVAL.
