- BUYERS ARE BUYING ALL AUCTION ITEMS AS IS, WHERE IS. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR ITEMS FAILING TO MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
- WE DO NOT ACCEPT ON LINE PAYMENTS OR CREDIT CARDS.
- ALL AUCTION ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR AND REMOVED WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAY REMOVAL PERIOD. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO BRING APPROPRIATE MEANS to LIFT and LOAD AUCTION ITEMS. AN APPROPRIATE SIZED VEHICLE FOR REMOVAL is RECOMMENDED (TRUCKS, TRAILERS, SUV'S OR VANS).
- LCPS DOES NOT SHIP or PREPARE AUCTION ITEMS for SHIPMENT or CARRIER PICK UP. This includes: packaging, boxing, wrapping, strapping, weighing and putting a label on your items.
- LCPS WILL NOT HOLD YOUR ITEMS IF YOU ARE NOT PREPARED FOR REMOVAL.
- LCPS WILL NOT REMOVE SNOW PLOWS.
- LCPS WILL NOT JUMP START VEHICLES.

Items must be removed within the stated 5 business days.
Need directions? We can email them to you. We may not be able to give you turn-by-turn directions while you're driving!
