Sale of all surplus property is, as is and where is, with all faults and without warranty. The successful bidder will be required to remit payment within five (5) business days and remove the property within ten (10) business days from the date of Notice of Award. A 8.25% SURCHARGE will be added to all purchases made. The surcharge is the cost to the City for the utilization of the third-party Web site provider. Sales of all medium and heavy duty on-road diesel-fueled vehicles shall comply with Title 13, California Code of of Regulations, Section 2022.1b. As such, ALL sales of said diesel-fueled vehicles can no longer be registered in the State of California. Buyer's will be required to complete and sign an Out of State verification form and also a Vehicle Identification Number(VIN)stop form. --SEE Terms and Conditions for the City of Milpitas above for further details.--
