This auction features a Portable office. This unit was manufactured in 1983 and is approx. 12'W x 59'L x 8'H with 2 offices and a restroom. This auction includes all office furniture, 4ea wooden desks, 7ea executive chairs, 1ea drafting chair, 1ea metal 6' drafting table, 1ea 9' wooden conference table, office table, 2ea 4 drawer filing cabinets, 4ea book shelfs, one metal stair case and all structural supports under the unit. The boxes of files will be removed before the time of pick-up. This unit does have a roof leak, not pictured. This unit needs tires. It's missing 3 wheels and the tires that are on the unit are badly worn. The winning bidder must have all equipment and manpower necessary to remove this unit without assistance.
