This auction features a Portable office. This unit was manufactured in 1983 and is approx. 12'W x 59'L x 8'H with 2 offices and a restroom. This auction includes all office furniture, 4ea wooden desks, 7ea executive chairs, 1ea drafting chair, 1ea metal 6' drafting table, 1ea 9' wooden conference table, office table, 2ea 4 drawer filing cabinets, 4ea book shelfs, one metal stair case and all structural supports under the unit. The boxes of files will be removed before the time of pick-up. This unit does have a roof leak, not pictured. This unit needs tires. It's missing 3 wheels and the tires that are on the unit are badly worn. The winning bidder must have all equipment and manpower necessary to remove this unit without assistance. Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.
CSSF will charge a sales tax of 9%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Processing will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the CSSF will not release the item to you.
