Welcome to the City of Surprise surplus auctions!

Standard Disclaimer for City of Surprise, AZ:


Payment must be received within five (5) days from the auction ending date & time and complete removal of all items must be made within ten (10) days from the auction ending date & time. If either of these terms are not met, you will be blocked up to 60 days from bidding on city of Surprise auctions.

We DO NOT provide shipping of items. All items have to be picked up in person by the winning bidder or by a courier service in as-is condition. No service of any kind will be furnished by the city of Surprise, and the successful bidder shall assume any cost of weighing, packaging, crating, loading or hauling.

Payment hours will be as follows:

8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday

Pickup hours by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item.

Upon receipt of award: By Cash (U. S. currency only), Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Money Order made payable to the City of Surprise, AZ.

City of Surprise sales tax of 8.5% shall be added to all purchases made. The buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment to the City of Surprise.

The City of Surprise online auctions are opened to the general public. However, City of Surprise employees and their relatives will not be permitted to bid.
