Welcome to the City of Surprise surplus auctions!

Standard Disclaimer for City of Surprise, AZ:

Payments to be made online or by wire transfer to Public Surplus.

Payment must be received within five (5) business days from the auction ending date & time and complete removal of all items must be made within ten (10) business days from the auction ending date & time. If either of these terms are not met, you will be blocked from bidding on city of Surprise auctions.

We DO NOT provide shipping of items. All items have to be picked up in person by the winning bidder or by a courier service in as-is condition. No service of any kind will be furnished by the city of Surprise, and the successful bidder shall assume any cost of weighing, packaging, crating, loading or hauling.

Pickup hours by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item.

City of Surprise sales tax of 9.5% shall be added to all purchases made. The buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment to the City of Surprise.

The City of Surprise online auctions are opened to the general public. However, City of Surprise employees and their relatives will not be permitted to bid.
