Sale of all TUSD surplus property is, as is and where is, with all faults and without warranty. Vehicle is currently at district location and may have been sitting for approximately 3 months. NOTE: Will place interior pictures when keys are made available. Batteries are dead or missing and tires are starting to lose air. District will cover company name on its buses/vehicles prior to removal from district property. Current overall running condition of vehicle is UNKNOWN. Strongly recommend viewing by Appointment ONLY. Tuesday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at (520-225-4899) Payment is required within five (5) working days from the "Notice of Award". Removal of items is required within five (5) working days from the date payment is made. Awarded winners must present a valid photo I.D. for payment and pickup.
