Sale of all surplus property is, as is and where is, without warranty. The description of surplus property offered for sale has been complied from available data, there is no guarantee or warranty on the part of Westmoreland County Public Schools as to condition or quality of surplus property. Westmoreland County Public Schools reserves the right to withdraw any items being offered. No service of any kind will be furnished by Westmoreland County Public Schools, and the successful bidder shall assume any cost of weighing, packaging, crating, loading or hauling, unless otherwise indicated. All bids submitted are final,and shall remain firm and effective for a period of five (5) days following the closing date. Successful bidder will be required to remit payment within five (5) calendar days and remove property within five (5) days from date of notice of award. Successful bidder will be directed to Westmoreland County Public Schools' storage facility upon payment of the bid amount for pick-up of property. No property may be removed by the purchaser prior to making full payment.
