Description
Condition: EXCELLENT
For sale is a Chicago Pneumatic CPVSM 40 Air Compressor (Serial # ITJ565094). The last known condition is that this air compressor was in excellent condition. It was only used for about 6 months. Winning bidder is responsible for removing equipment from the premise.

The equipment are sold AS IS, WHERE IS and without warranty. It is common practice for the District to store equipment for later use or sale.  In some cases the actual condition of items is unknown. It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect the equipment before making a bid.  SEND EMAIL to schedule SITE VISIT for inspection. Once the bid is final, all sales are final and no refunds are given.  Winning bidder is responsible for removing the equipment from the premise.  College staff will not assist in loading the equipment. Pickup on weekdays only!

NOTE: The pick up location is at Contra Costa College, 2600 Mission Bell Drive, San Pablo, CA 94806 (appointment for visit and pick up is REQUIRED).

Contra Costa Community College District will charge a sales tax of 9.25%/9.5%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding on an item(s). When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. Pick-up must be done during business hours and by appointment only! The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the agency will not release the item to you.

Bid Deposits: Contra Costa Community College District may require bid deposits to ensure fairness & equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.

Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of packing and/or shipping of item(s) if necessary.
