CBJ WILL NOT assist in any manner with the Pick Up or Removal of the item. Nor can the winning bidder use any CBJ Equipment to assist in the removal of the item.

All items must be shipped by air or sea (barge).

A bid deposit may be required on a higher value items to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
The CBJ reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to block or ban bidders who abandon awarded property or refuse to pay for an item, or to withdraw an item for sale at any time.
Currently Dutch Auctions are not supported with the Public Surplus Buyer's App. and must be bid on through an internet browser.
