Sold AS IS WHERE IS, after payment is received; winning bidder or third party pick-up must complete paperwork at the Yuma County Sheriff's Office Main Station and then will be directed to our vehicle impound lot for pick up. For 3rd Party Pickup: Before property will be released, the winning buyer will be required to send an e-mail (from the winning buyer's e-mail address used for the auction), identifying the representative authorized to pick-up paid item on their behalf. Winning bidder must provide a valid ID and address to be listed on the Bill of Sale. Person picking up vehicle must be able to provide a valid driver's license. Vehicle pick up must be by appointment only. M-Th 8am to 3pm The performance and drivability of this vehicle as well as the method in which this vehicle is removed from County property is at the bidder's discretion. A tow is always recommended. Removal is successful bidder's responsibility. No warranties are expressed or implied.

Public Processing, LLC handles all payments for Yuma County. Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days of close of auction.
Yuma County does not charge sales tax.
Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyer Premium shall be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
Buyer must remove auction item(s) from Yuma County premises within ten (10) business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment.
Pick-up by appointment only between the hours of 8:00am-4:00pm Monday-Thursday. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item. Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of packing and/or shipping of any item(s) if necessary.
Questions received within the last 4 hours of the close of the auction might not be answered. All questions should be submitted in writing and answers will be posted on the auction website.
