By submitting a bid, the bidder agrees to the attached Terms and Conditions (see link above).

Required Documentation & Pick-Up Location:

Sacramento, CA 95827

Items are available for pick-up only after the required documentation is in the possession of the buyer or the buyer’s authorized representative.

You must go to 9650 Goethe Road.

Note: The auction unit is located less than one mile from this office.

Removal Deadline:

Buyers must remove auction item(s) from the agency’s premises within nine (9) business days of notification by Public Surplus that payment has been received.

If items are not picked up after ten (10) business days and no attempt has been made to contact the seller, the items will be reposted for auction, and no refund will be issued.

We understand that circumstances may arise that make timely pick-up difficult. If the buyer maintains communication with Sacramento County Surplus Support Services and makes alternate arrangements (Monday–Friday, excluding State holidays, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.), limited leniency may be granted.

The Notice of Award, payment receipt, and valid personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up.

Payment Confirmation Required:

Do not make arrangements to pick up the unit until you receive confirmation of payment from Public Surplus. The unit will not be released until payment confirmation has been received.

Please contact us by email or phone to schedule your appointment. Appointments will be confirmed with auction winners and are scheduled in 30-minute increments.

If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled depending on existing bookings.
