Condition: GOOD

The district has decommissioned all printers and no longer has a need for this equipment. All units are being sold as a single lot; individual sales will not be considered.

Printers were in working condition at the time of removal; however, due to age, storage, and variability in models, current functionality is not guaranteed. Units vary in age, model, and condition.

Details:

  • Sold as one complete lot only
  • Mixed brands/models (see attached list if applicable)
  • Condition varies; some units are older
  • No testing, repairs, or refurbishment will be performed prior to sale

Terms:

  • Sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied
  • No returns or exchanges
  • Buyer is responsible for all loading, removal, transportation, and any associated costs
  • All sales are final

PayMac handles all payments for Harrison School District 2. Acceptable forms of payment are wire transfer or credit card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction.

Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify Buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick-up or the item will not be released to you.

Harrison School District 2 may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.

Pick-up hours by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item. Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of packing and/or shipping of any item(s) if necessary.
