These are believed to be removed from Ford Explorers.

some units show more signs of wear than others from being un-installed

Buyers MUST make a pick-up appointment by contacting the seller ahead of time and receiving a date AND time confirmation. Buyers who come unconfirmed, without their receipt, or without their ID for validation WILL NOT be able to receive their item(s). All three of these criteria need to be met before the item(s) can be released.  3rd party pick up person(s) - Buyer must notify seller of 3rd party person(s) and person(s) must bring ID for validation.  It is the BUYER'S obligation to contact the seller; if no contact is made within the 5 day time limit the auction will be forfeited and NO REFUND will be issued.

Buyer must pick up or arrange for shipping, including providing proper vehicles, equipment and manpower required to pickup and load items. (Boxing, Packaging and Shipping, as well, if item is to be shipped).  NO REFUND for refusal of pick up and abandonment of property.

PayMac handles all payments for State of Connecticut, Department of Administrative Services. Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction.

Buyers Premium: A 7% Buyer Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.

Bid Deposits: State of Connecticut, Department of Administrative Services may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.

Pick-up hours by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item.
