**This vehicle needs major work**
Transmission has problems. Transmission completely disengages when engine speed exceeds 1000 rpm. Vehicle is not drivable.
Exhaust system has damage and major leaks.
Tires are in poor condition, weather cracking on all four tires and damage to the sidewall of one tire.
The engine does start and run when jumpstarted, will need battery replacement as it has been sitting dead for several months.

The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
