Description
Condition: EXCELLENT
Fort Wayne Community Schools is selling a used viviLED scoreboard system.  This scoreboard is in excellent condition and is approximately 7 years old. The system includes the scoreboard, brackets for mounting, computer and “confidence monitor.”  It includes the connection hubs for integrating the equipment with the computer.  It does not include the networking cables from the board to your timing equipment and your cables from the board to the connection hub.  It does not include power. The board is stored in pieces that reconnect when rebuilding.  The specs for the board are attached.  This board comes with all the spare parts (never used).  This board is sold as-is with no warranties from the seller.  You will be responsible for pick-up, arranged upon purchase.

Viewing of auction items by appointment only.

FWCS may require bid deposits to ensure fairness.

PayMac handles all payments for FWCS.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED! Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.

Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium, if applicable, will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for picking up the item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within fifteen (15) business days after payment has been made. You'll need to provide identification at pick-up, or the item will not be released.

Items will become available for pickup 5-7 business days after payment has been made.

Pick-ups are by appointment ONLY. FWCS will NOT release item(s) without prior confirmation of the following:
1)notice of award
2)payment receipt
3)information detailing the party responsible for pick-up

If necessary, the successful bidder will be responsible for the packing, loading and/or transporting of any item(s).
