You are bidding on a Minolta Silver Streak Zoom Camera.  Comes with what you see.  Was told it works when it was turned in.  Come check it out and see if it still works and will work for you.

***SHIPPING AND HANDLING*** Lafayette Consolidated Government is NOT responsible for preparing, packaging, or shipping any items that we sell. BIDDER is responsible for this. The winning bidder is responsible for supplying proper manpower, equipment (i.e. dolly, pallet jack, forklift, etc.), and vehicles (truck size/type) for pickup. No equipment or manpower will be supplied by LCG. Arrangements can be made with our local UPS store for packaging and shipping of the items. The contact person for that store is Danny Landry and his number is 337-232-2442. The winning bidder is responsible for ALL shipping costs. 

**If you choose to pick up the items yourself please provide at minimum 24 hrs advance notice before arriving. These items are not located in the same building we are in so we need time to coordinate with another department for pickup.  Our hours for pickup for these are 8:30am to 3:00pm Monday - Friday. 

**Please note that no Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government employee nor a member of their immediate family can bid on an LCG auction item.

**Once paid for, if you have not picked up your items within the ten business days or have made other arrangements, the items will be resold with no refunds, so please pick up your items or keep in contact.

Viewing of Auction items by appointment only.

Bid Deposits: Lafayette Consolidated Government may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers.

PayMac handles all payments for Lafayette Consolidated Government.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.

Lafayette Consolidated Government will charge a sales tax of 8.45%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.

Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the Lafayette Consolidated Government will not release the item to you.
