All property is offered for sale as is, where-is. Description of surplus property offered for sale has been compiled from available data, but there is no guarantee or warranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied on the part of Port Huron Area School District (PHASD) as to condition or quality of surplus property or as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale.

Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages special, direct, indirect, or consequential. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Consideration of Bid: PHASD reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to withdraw from sale any of the items listed.

PayMac handles all payments for PHASD.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card. NO CASH, CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED

Payment must be received within 5 business days after notice of award or by time of pick-up, whichever is earlier.

Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium, if applicable, will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

Taxes: 6% Michigan State tax shall be added to all non-vehicle sales, if applicable.

Buyer will be notified of receipt of payment via email.
Removal: All items must be removed within 10 working days unless otherwise specified.
